HOMETOWN'S "CITIZEN LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE"

The"Citizen Leadership Initiative (Initiative) is a grassroots partnership of community leaders and citizens with the mission of initiating a community visioning process; identifying the challenges and facilitating solutions that impact the quality of live, social and economicfoundations of community.

The Initiative focuses on the development of citizens in community leadership roles. The direct objective is the education, development, and implementation of citizen leaders learning and desire in public and non-profit offices, organizations, and the community.

The excitement for the future is the anticipation of the rise of the citizen leader, not as a title, but as an active citizen in the community.
