A FOUNDATION FOR CITIZEN LEADERSHIP
TheFocus is on the development of citizens in community leadership roles. The Initiative considers everyone a leader to someone, whether in a family, organization, or community.
- CITIZEN LEADERSHIP CORE GROUP-The essential task of the Initiative is to assemble the keyleaders in a community as well as individuals with a record of leadership success.
- CITIZENS LEADERSHIP COUNCIL-The Citizen Leadership Council will represent the emerging leaders and citizens of principle constituencies; stakeholders, present and future, in the social and economic foundations of a community.
- CITIZEN LEADERSHIP ROUNDTABLE-Citizens Leadership Roundtables are issue specific focus group gatherings to contect the community and issues.

- CITIZEN ASSEMBLY-The dialog, issues, and challenges generated from the Council and Roundtables will be brought to the public or organization at large. The presentation of the community’s challenges for conversation and debate opens the process to further ideas and participants.
