• THE INITIATIVE is a series of facilitated sessions, continually refining the process through a maturing of dialog; initiation of a community discussion. The process engages the citizens and community to build systems to create and apply actions to your community's vision.
• THE MISSION is to initiate a community process; identifying the strengths and weaknesses; facilitating new community processes and systems; and impacting the quality of life; social and economic foundations. The excitement is in building leadership capacity in communities and organizations.  Capacity to inspire action!
